Formed in early 2024 by an experienced manager/valet with extensive experience with both small and large competitors in the industry. The owner/operator decided to create a local trash valet company of his own tailoring service for each property with more of a customer- based approach. Our mission is to provide the best service possible to our clients for each property that we service. Our core values are Quality, Service, Flexibility, and Transparency.

STEP 1
Trash must be bagged, tied and placed in provided container.
No loose trash or hazardous materials.

STEP 2
Place container next outside to the door. Place flatten cardboard behind container. 2 trash bag limit.
No bags over 25 lbs. No broken glass or sharp objects. No oversized items.

STEP 4
Being trash container back inside by 9:00 am.

No. All trash must be bagged for it to be serviced.
No. Trash bags must be in the container at all times. The 2nd bag could be left on top of the container. This prevents from staining the property floors. Also, make sure to drain all liquids before disposing trash. This prevents leakage which causes stains/odors on floors.
All cardboard boxes should be broken down for collection. Tenants should do their best in consolidating all cardboard in one box if possible.

No. Oversized/overweight items like furniture, electronics, appliances, metal parts, contractor bags, etc. are deemed too heavy. We only service landfill trash bags and broken down cardboard. All over sized items should have a designated area on the property to be left at. Contact property management for directions where to leave furniture, electronics, appliances, metal parts, and flammables etc.
No. Bags should be taken out evenly throughout the service week.
Small pet waste bags need to be discarded at nearest pet waste station by the tenant.
Yes. All these items should be double bagged for safety purposes.
Trash bins/containers should be supplied by property management. Contact property management for replacement.
